I followed the advice of multiple books and they convinced me she wouldn't starve herself.

I didn't force or fight, just waited until she was hungry, but I limited her options. If she was hungry enough she would eat the green beans or whatever it was.

HTH! I swear there was a week this month that Tenley lived off graham crackers, with occassional apple sauce. She has just been a brat, and refuses things for no reason. She is doing better this week. Good luck! I have no answers for you, but at least I can assure you that Kerrigan is not the only picky eater. :) I'll check back to your post for my own sake too. :)RaCHELLE HuRDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18399902013731443816noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7212322299437002671.post-78452786028902980212009-12-16T13:42:35.724-08:002009-12-16T13:42:35.724-08:00Looking back at your post. For now it's all about letting her grubby hands touch the food and get it to her mouth.

It's dirty, but that's the fun part right?!Brookehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06071105771734997111noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7212322299437002671.post-20829340627661045642009-12-16T13:41:24.948-08:002009-12-16T13:41:24.948-08:00I don't know if that is considered picky. (you know isaac has like a list you can count on one hand) :)

I think it's more of asserting her independence kind of thing. She's starting to realize she's the boss of herself. Ainsley went through that too, and she is the best eater ever right now.

Don't try to force her food. Put it on her plate or tray, ignore her and let her try on her own. Ainsley wanted to just do it ON HER OWN.

I would also say try just waiting until she's hungry and she will eat it. Doesn't work with isaac because of his dumb sugar level stuff, drives me nuts, but works fine with ains.Brookehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06071105771734997111noreply@blogger.com
