For the past 2 weeks Kerrigan and I have been in Texas visiting my sister Brookey Babe and her family. We had a BLAST!!!! We did crafts, watched alot of Aaron Stone and Hannah Montana (woot woot), chopped my hairs and even worked out- thanks to Jillian from Biggest Loser, The 30 Day Shred. Sounds intense, right? IT WAS!!!!
We also (well I guess only me) partook of some of Brooke's delish home cooked meals, and I salute her Chimichungas (sp?)! Kerrigan was promptly renamed Baby Carrot (since Ainsley can't say Kerrigan), and the name has stuck. She got a kick out of her cousins, and I am really struggling to keep her entertained on my own.
The rest of the family came out for a week, and we went to the park a few time and just enjoyed one anothers' company. I will download pictures later. Big K is asleep right now (thank heavens) but she has been really sick the last couple of days- UGH! Since this is my first time with a sick baby, I am kind of in survival mode...just do the essentials to survive, nothing extra like going to the store, picture downloadage, excessive blogging, etc.
One of the best things about being around Brooke (besides her sinfully good looks and humor) is her photography skills. Here are a few pictures she took of Carrot, YAY:

Did you notice I took THE PLUNGE and pierced her ears...TOO CUTE!!!!Just a peek at what is to come (maybe when Jared gets home and is on baby duty): pictures from the trip, anniversary sappiness and a snotty nose update!

sounds like such a fun trip! the pics of kerrigan are adorable. i love the spit bubble. lol. so did she scream bloody murder when you pierced her ears?? i got mine pierced at like 6 months i think. ryan's against it if we have girls though. lame!
we'll be in dc on april 8. woohoo! we have to see each other SOON.
boohoo. . . I miss that little girl. I told you I shouldn't have held her :) I miss her smiles at me. The only person around here who thought I was funny!
So, you always make me giggle. End of story.... no wait theirs more. Little/Big K (aka: carrot?) needs some Aunt Kristin time... can we set up a "play-date" ;) I hope she gets better. I'm glad you to are home safe and sound. I'm also dying to see the apartment. I hear Jared did some bargain IKEA shopping! Acquire later this weekend? Maybe some life? lol j/k. j/k. Can't wait to see you and catch up!
I just love Kerrigan's pictures! I want to meet her sometime ;) I am so excited to graduate. NOW WHAT DO I DO WITH MY LIFE? HA HA
I love Kerrigan! He is such a doll! Carter is drooling and the spit bubbles are exactly what he does as well. Are babies are so much alike. We need to get together and take pictures of them together. When are you going to AZ next? We'll be there!
