I love Love LoVe LOVe LOVE this picture. It is my favorite picture of me (and not just because only 1/5 of my face is showing). It is just me.
My house is a mess. The laundry basket is full of clothes needing to be folded. It is the time of day where the lighting in my house is really weird. My hair is not done, my jeans have holes- though they are getting so big that I could almost say my holes have jeans.
But none of that matters right now...I am loving on my baby and she is happy- NOTHING ELSE MATTERS at this moment!!!!
(Thanks Jamie for sharing your big photo instructions!)

Way cute!! Its a good insight into the love of a mother. Its so important to take time out of our busy lives to just love our little ones. I forget to do that sometimes.
:o) You're welcome ... it gives your pictures a whole new feel!
LOVE this photo!! It totally shows you living in the moment. I love it.

i love this pic. it's so adorable and yes...so you!!
Most of the time I wish I could do that. Just forget about all the cares of the day. I love this picture.
My mom used to sing us this song that goes "cleaning and scrubbing can wait till tomorrow for babies grow up, we've learned to our sorrow. So quiet down cobwebs and dust go to sleep, I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep." And now, I sing it to my girls and I love the reminder that it's okay my house is a mess, I'm enjoying my precious babes!!!

Lindsey, I feel the same way about YOUR pictures! They are getting better and better all the time. I decided to go with Canon (vs. Nikon) because I know a lot of people who use Canon. I think Nikon is just as good, but I wanted to be able to ask my friends questions about settings, etc. Then I looked around to see what the proffesionals use. Canon has the 'Rebel Series' which is not professional grade, but still does pretty good. Someone told me that if I wanted to get serious about it, I at least needed a 40d. (There is also 10d, 20d, 30d and 50d). The 50 is the most upgraded version of that series. I would LOVE to have that camera but it's close to $1200 for the body alone. I got the 40d for $890. So here's what I did. I baby sat and sold tutus to earn half of the cost. Then Jace pitched in for half, and now I'll put anything I earn back into our checking account to repay what I borrowed from the family. It should only take a few months to pay back. You should think about doing something like that! Your pictures are good and they can only get better with a fancy new upgrade!! I'll be taking Merry and Dave's bridal/groomal pictures the day before the wedding, and then my mom hired someone to do the day of. I'm so excited for her!!
