Grateful Sunday

I had forgotten how much I LOVE this guy until my late night with the baby. Together we enjoyed my all time favorite Cosby Show episode. It is the one were Rudy has a sleepover, Bill is left in charge, the fat neighbor boy Peter sneaks into the party and Bill hurts his knee trying to give him a bucking bronco ride. I am grateful for Bill Cosby today!

Oh my gosh, that IS a funny episode! I love Bill Cosby too... Tom and I were talking about him yesterday. I had a sudden sore throat (hence our absence at church) and I was talking about Jell-o pudding... which of course led to a discussion on the awesomeness of Bill Cosby.

Gotta love Bill Cosby!

Baby is growing so fast! Love the pictures!

I had a good laugh about your Sunbeam teacher memories! I was the Sunbeam teacher two wards ago and I remember chasing Sunbeams left and right in the church parking lot...but I had it a little easier...only 5 kids and no pregnancy. Are you still in Primary...or do you get to have peaceful Sundays with your little boo?

In this ward, my calling is Primary Secretary/Chorister/Substitute Teacher/Warden. The ward is kinda "old" as in old people and there aren't a lot of folks wanting to be Primary. So, us few gals in Primary just wear a lot of hats.

You know at one point in my life, I thought it would be very posh (dare I say prestigious?) to be in any auxiliary Presidency and have multiple callings. Now I just realize IT'S A LOT OF WORK! And it's a really good way for the Lord to stamp out pride (which I need). I can think of a dozen women better suited to do my callings, but I guess, that's how it always goes....

I do miss my days with the Sunbeams though...so much fun!

Actually I was thinking you will have to make them yourself when you are here. . . you know, something to keep us busy, because we will be home bound :)

Oh the things you will see on t.v. late at night when feeding a baby. Good thing for reruns!
